Monument Solutions LLC was founded on a simple belief: that people deserve a better way to resolve conflict. Litigation is costly, adversarial, and public. We built Monument Solutions to offer something different — a private, structured, and principled path to resolution.
The name Monument Solutions is a deliberate choice. Virginia's monuments — its courthouses, its capitol, its institutions — represent the enduring principles of order, fairness, and civic responsibility. We carry those values into every engagement.
We serve individuals, families, and businesses across Virginia who are looking for resolution without the courtroom — and who understand that the best outcomes are reached through dialogue, not litigation.

Samantha Anderson
Founder & Principal, Monument Solutions LLC
Samantha Anderson founded Monument Solutions LLC with a commitment to helping people navigate conflict with clarity, dignity, and purpose. Her background spans over a decade of professional experience in the trucking industry and Human Resources — fields where communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution are not abstract concepts, but daily realities.
Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Liberty University and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky. This combination of behavioral science, organizational experience, and ongoing graduate study informs her approach to mediation and coaching — grounded, practical, and deeply human.
Outside of her professional work, Samantha enjoys hiking with her husband and exploring new places. She brings that same spirit of curiosity and forward motion to every client engagement.
