Our Mission
To help individuals and businesses navigate conflict with clarity, respect, and structure — empowering them to reach mutually beneficial agreements outside of court, without the cost or adversarial nature of litigation.
We believe that the people closest to a conflict are also best positioned to resolve it — when given the right process, the right environment, and an impartial guide. Monument Solutions LLC provides that structure. We do not take sides, render judgments, or provide legal advice. We create the conditions for resolution.

Sessions are private
Everything discussed in a mediation or coaching session remains strictly confidential. We do not share session content, participant identities, or outcomes with any third party.
No court reporting
Our mediation services are private and voluntary. We do not report to courts, employers, or any external authority unless required by law.
Agreements are yours
Any agreement reached through mediation belongs to the parties. We do not retain, publish, or disclose the terms of any resolution.
Secure communications
All client communications — email, phone, and written correspondence — are handled with the same standard of confidentiality as the sessions themselves.
What We Do & Don't Do
Our Scope of Practice
Monument Solutions LLC specializes in business disputes, workplace conflicts, and personal matters between adults. We do not handle divorce, child custody, child support, or any court-mandated family law cases. This focus allows us to serve our clients with the depth and expertise their situations deserve.
